1. Why did John choose ‘the Word’ (‘Logos’) to describe Jesus instead of more common terms like ‘Son’ or ‘Light’?

3. Why does it not make sense to ask whether God could have given his revelation through someone other than Jesus?
4. Why is it essential that Jesus was a real man and that he rose from death bodily?  How does this relate to the Biblical understanding of what faith is?
5. How do Exodus 33, John 1:14, and 2: 21 relate and what do they tell us about Jesus?
6. How does Don explain that John teaches that the Word supremely manifests God to us?
