All Hallows Eve, 495 years ago was a very special day: Martin Luther nailed his Ninety-Five Theses to the Castle Church door in Wittenberg. That spark ignited a flame that was to spread throughout Europe and across the world – the Reformation flame.

So that makes the 31st October Reformation Day! Let’s celebrate in the time-honoured tradition of competition. No, not dooking for apples (‘bobbing’ for all you Yanks), or trying to eat treacle scones hanging on a string blindfolded with your arms behind your back (tough one that), or seeing who can wrap their friend up in the most toilet roll before the end of the Ghostbusters Theme.
